At some point, life started to feel crowded. Too many thoughts, too many distractions, too much noise. I was doing a lot, but not really moving forward.
That’s when I decided to slow things down.
I didn’t have a perfect plan. I didn’t suddenly become disciplined overnight. I just knew I needed a change. Something simpler. Something more honest.
So I started small.
I began paying attention to how I was spending my time. Cutting down on things that didn’t add much value. Giving more space to learning, even if it was just a little every day. It wasn’t exciting. Most days felt ordinary. But there was a quiet sense that I was finally heading in the right direction.
Learning became less about pressure and more about understanding. I stopped chasing quick results and focused on being consistent. Some days I did well. Some days I didn’t. But I kept going.
There are still moments of doubt. Times when progress feels slow or unclear. But I’ve come to accept that this is part of the process. Not everything needs to be figured out immediately.
This journey isn’t about becoming perfect. It’s about becoming a little better than yesterday.
